Quality Policy
We will:
Comply with all legal requirements, codes of practice and all other requirements applicable to our activities;
Provide support to customer’s product delivery, meeting and exceeding their expectations;
Strive to satisfy the requirements of our stakeholders and interested parties whenever possible;
Establish and follow a Quality Management System (QMS), communicating this within the company and to our key partners to ensure that all are made aware of their individual obligations;
Involve our employees and key partners in the continual development and review processes of our resources and the QMS, with measurable effectiveness and improvements
Establish feedback systems to measure the performance of our services, and improve the QMS as a result;
Take due care to ensure that activities are safe for employees, associates and subcontractors the reduction of hazards, prevention of injury, ill health and pollution;
Provide all the resources of equipment, trained and competent staff and any other requirements to enable these objectives to be met.
